Item arrived damaged, looked like it got a good heat under transportation and few small parts of the body and the lock were loosing in the package. A assume it was damaged in transit. I took contact with seller the same day and sent him pictures, and the issue was resolved the next day. I got an option with full refund and it will be paid within 10 days. the box arrived damaged

The toaster arrived quickly, but with a broken leg, I'm upset. I won't order expensive items or electrical appliances. Only things that won't break during transportation.

I received my parcel damaged. I was disappointed because i was so excited to use it. I requested a refund and they offered me a lower amount. I rejected their offer and send them more pictures, proving that the item i received was damaged. However, no response.... I thought of contacting the seller, so i did. At first,i was dissatisfied to the answers of my queries. Fortunately, on my last attempt, here comes aaron, the sellers customer service agent, she was so welcoming and full of energy. It was so relieving having such kind of service. She was so quick to reply and make sure my concern is addressed. Now, i just received my full refund. Thank you! I will order again, i hope this time, i will be receiving my parcel well packed and undamaged.
